Temporary ManageMyHealth outage

Capital Care Health Centre patients will become part of Johnsonville and Thorndon Medical Centres from the start of October.

To support this, our systems will be merging and ManageMyHealth (MMH) will be unavailable from 6pm, Friday 2 October and will be back online from Friday 9 October.

There is reduced MMH services during this time:

- no new information will be loaded to MMH

- Patients will not be able to book appointments or message directly with their GP

- Patients will not be able to request repeat prescriptions

For any repeat prescription requests, please call us on 04 473 5181 and select option 1. For any appointment bookings, please call us on the above number and select option 2.

Due to the increase in calls, please be patient with us in case there is a delay in answering your call. A reminder we are unable to book appointments via email.

Should you need to message your GP, please email hello@thorndonmedical.co.nz  Please include your name, date of birth and the practitioner you want to send a message to in your email.
